CEC has managed the organizational administration of the BergamoScienza science festival since its first edition. This role includes welcoming guests; managing the suppliers, staff and volunteers involved throughout the two weeks of the event; overseeing discussions with sponsors; and, at the same time, maintaining and growing the institutional relationships that this festival has cultivated over the years. Another fundamental role played by CEC, in collaboration with the management of BergamoScienza, is the assessment and structuring of the budget for every single edition.

CEC’s constant contribution to the creation of marketing campaigns and the definition of the creativity of every edition, in terms of graphics and the copyrighting, has been fundamental. During the festival, CEC handles and organizes the executive production of the festival and its logistics, both in terms of in-person events and the coordination of streaming ones, working closely with the artistic director and the event coordinator. Through its suppliers, CEC handles every aspect of the set-up and staging, in addition to the promotion of the advertising campaign.

During the year, the company supports and coordinates Associazione BergamoScienza in its communications.
