SRL<\/strong> (hereinafter also referred to as <strong>Servizi C.E.C.<\/strong>) through the website <strong>www.servizicec.it<\/strong> (hereinafter also referred to as <strong>\u201cthe website\u201d<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All contracts for the purchase of services concluded through the website shall be governed by these General Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The website <strong>www.servizicec.it<\/strong> and any trademark or image are the property of <strong>Servizi C.E.C.<\/strong>, headquartered at <strong>Via Daste e Spalenga 15, 24125 Bergamo, Italy<\/strong>, Tax Code and VAT No. <strong>03344360163<\/strong>, REA Bg \u2013 <strong>370343<\/strong>, with which all purchase contracts made through the aforementioned website will be concluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users and purchasers of the products or services sold through the website will hereinafter also be referred to as <strong>Customer<\/strong> or <strong>Customers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer and <strong>Servizi C.E.C.<\/strong> shall jointly be referred to as the <strong>Parties<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2 \u2013 ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contract between <strong>Servizi C.E.C.<\/strong> and the Customer shall be concluded following the acceptance, even partial, of the order by <strong>Servizi C.E.C.<\/strong>, which reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject orders submitted through the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By placing an order using the available methods, the Customer declares that they have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and fully accept the general terms and payment conditions set out below and any additional details specified in the product description.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These General Conditions apply only to Customers who intend to purchase products and services sold through the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the purchase procedure on the website has been completed, the Customer agrees to print and keep these General Conditions, which are considered to have been read and accepted together with the specifications of the purchased product or service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Customer is prohibited from entering false and\/or invented and\/or fictitious data during the registration procedure required to activate the contract execution process and related communications. Personal data and email must contain only the Customer\u2019s real personal information and not that of third parties or fictitious data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Multiple registrations corresponding to a single person or the insertion of third-party data are expressly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minors are also prohibited from registering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Servizi C.E.C.<\/strong> reserves the right to take legal action against any violations or abuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3 \u2013 ORDERS AND METHODS OF PURCHASING SERVICES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An order placed by the Customer shall be considered accepted only if confirmed by <strong>Servizi C.E.C.<\/strong> via email sent to the email address provided by the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The message will contain all the data entered by the Customer, who is obliged to verify its accuracy and promptly communicate any corrections and\/or changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the order is not accepted, <strong>Servizi C.E.C.<\/strong> undertakes to promptly inform the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Servizi C.E.C.<\/strong> reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accepted payment methods are indicated on the website and in the order confirmation email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4 \u2013 SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The subject of the contract with the Customer is the sale of products and services created and promoted by <strong>Servizi C.E.C.<\/strong> through the website <strong>www.servizicec.it<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5 \u2013 PRICE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The price shall be the one indicated on the website, except for different offers that <strong>Servizi C.E.C.<\/strong> may apply in the case of specific orders or agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6 \u2013 PAYMENT TERMS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment shall be made according to the methods requested by <strong>Servizi C.E.C.<\/strong> at the time of the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Services shall be considered fully purchased only upon the actual receipt of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Servizi C.E.C.<\/strong> will issue a regular invoice if requested by the Customer within the timeframes and according to the methods provided by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7 \u2013 DURATION OF THE CONTRACT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The duration of the contract shall correspond to the duration specified by the product purchased by the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8 \u2013 PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By signing this Contract, the Parties mutually acknowledge and confirm that any processing of personal data resulting from the execution of this contract will be carried out solely for purposes related to its execution and in compliance with <strong>Legislative Decree No. 196\/2003<\/strong>, as amended, and <strong>EU Regulation 2016\/679<\/strong>, as amended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The privacy notice can be viewed on the website <strong>www.servizicec.it<\/strong> and may be requested at any time at <strong>gdpr@servizicec.it<\/strong>, together with any requests to exercise the rights provided for by the aforementioned <strong>EU Regulation 2016\/679 (GDPR)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9 \u2013 APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Contract is governed by <strong>Italian law<\/strong>. For matters not expressly provided for, the provisions of the <strong>Italian Civil Code<\/strong> shall apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any dispute shall fall under the <strong>exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Bergamo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10 \u2013 GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Parties acknowledge that the contract concluded between them constitutes the entire agreement regarding the subject matter of the contract. It supersedes and replaces any previous agreements, understandings, or arrangements, whether verbal or written, relating to the same subject matter, except for any confidentiality agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Parties agree that if any provision of these General Conditions is or becomes invalid for any reason, the contract between the Parties shall remain valid and the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The Parties shall jointly and in good faith seek a solution that has legal and economic effects as similar as possible to the invalid provision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any tolerance by one Party of behavior by the other Party in violation of these General Conditions shall not constitute, nor be interpreted as, a waiver of the rights arising from the violated provisions nor of the right to demand full compliance with all the terms and conditions set out herein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By clicking <strong>\u201cI Accept the Terms and Conditions\u201d<\/strong>, the Customer accepts all the above clauses also pursuant to and for the purposes of <strong>Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code<\/strong>, expressly accepting,
